Main Features

• Horizontal structure corrugator. The rigidity is much higher and the center of gravity is much lower. Easier operation and maintenance. 
• The central height of the corrugator is fixed. When it is need to change the mould blocks between different sizes, there is no need to adjust the frame or platform of the corrugator.
• The main motor is driven by a servo motor, ensuring smooth power transmission without any tremors.
• The cooling circuit and vacuum channel in the mould blocks are formed in one time by precision casting, which brings a higher strength and longer lifespan for the mould blocks.
• Innovative water cooling system. The cooling medium cycle in the mould blocks at a higher flow speed. Higher cooling efficiency and precise temperature control. Ensuring a higher output for the production line.
• The left and right frames of the corrugator can be opened and closed freely through a simple operation, which improve the convenience for flexible production and equipment maintenance. 
• The position of corrugator can be adjusted electrically, and the perfect measuring and feeding back devices will show the adjustment quantity in each dimensionality precisely. 
• The mould blocks can move forward and backward bidirectionally. 
• Automatic lubricating system has lots of lubricating orifices. The lubricating time and frequency can be preset for automatically lubricating.
• The corrugator is equipped with UPS and has the function of withdrawing in case of emergency.
